Class Schedules for the 2024-2025 School Year
(for currently enrolled PCHS students only)

ClassChoice will be open for currently enrolled PCHS students to review and potentially change their PCHS class schedules for the 2024-25 school year per the schedule below. Read all the information and instructions within the system very carefully.

    In May 2024:
    - The Class of 2025 (current Juniors) will have access beginning after school on Monday, May 6.

    - The Class of 2026 (current Sophomores) will have access beginning after school on Thursday, May 9.

    - ClassChoice will CLOSE for all students at 7:15am on Tuesday, May 14.
    - Access Hours: After school through 7:15am on school days (closed during school hours) and 24 hours on the weekend.
    - NO schedule changes will be accepted from the time ClassChoice closes until it reopens in August.


    In August 2024:
    - ClassChoice will OPEN on Tuesday, August 6 at 7:00am to grade levels 10-12. It will be open 24 hours.

    - ClassChoice will CLOSE on Tuesday, August 13 at 7:00am.

    - NO schedule changes will be accepted August 13-19 as we finalize the class rosters and teachers begin preparing for their classes. Beginning on August 20, and for FIVE DAYS ONLY, you may be able to go to the Counseling Office to request an appointment slip for a schedule change.

***IMPORTANT: The schedule you see in ClassChoice IS NOT your final class schedule.***
Class schedules are always subject to change prior to the first day of school. Your FINAL schedule will be in PowerSchool the morning of the first day of school, August 20 (or pick up a paper copy between 7:00 and 7:30 in the school office).

NEED HELP?
- Read all the information and instructions within the system and on our website very carefully.
- For best results, use a computer, not a mobile device. If it doesn't appear to be working in one browser, try a different one. If the system becomes overloaded, it will go into a queue mode and students will be allowed in when there's room. If you are inactive for too long, the program will log you out.
- If you have schedule problems that you cannot resolve yourself, DO NOT email your counselor. You can fill out the Help Request Form located on the ClassChoice and Schedule Changes page of the PCHS website and your counselor will respond when they are able to.
- For technical help ONLY (like the program isn't working, or you don't know your login), email Ms. Frink at jfrink@pcschools.us and explain the problem you are having with as much detail as possible. For a password reset, you MUST include your full name, grade level, and birthdate. You will get a response to your school email within 24 hours, during normal school office hours.
